Cancellation Policy

While we understand life happens and schedules shift, we hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you provide us with 24-hour notice. This way, our team of professionals will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list.

Appointments not cancelled in this time frame will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

No shows will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.

Keratin treatments and Upstyling appointments require a 50% deposit when booking.

Refund Policy

Services: If you are unhappy with any part of your service, we ask that you let us know within 24 hours of the original service and no longer than two weeks after the original visit. We will resolve the issue with the original stylist.

Product: We will exchange any hair product within 2 weeks of purchase date for a product of equal or lesser value than the original product price.

Gift Cards: No refunds will be given for gift card purchases.

Allure Hair Salon may contract with companies or persons to provide certain services including text marketing, credit card processing, scheduling software, shipping, data analysis and management, promotional services, etc. - collectively, Service Providers. We provide our Service Providers with the information needed for them to perform these services. Allure Hair Salon does not share your personal information with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes; we do not buy, sell, or share text messaging opt-in information.

Your personal information is accessible only by designated Allure Hair Salon employees including administrative staff. In limited cases, personal information may be visible to our designated web service provider but that information is only related to site functionality. No individual personal information such as appointment bookings, gift card purchases, or other sensitive information is stored on this site or accessible by any third party.

To safeguard your personal information, we have implemented secure page logins and locked user accounts to email addresses so that any attempt to access login information cannot be sent to non-authorized parties.
